Guarantee Policy

A valid credit card is required to confirm a reservation.

The hotel will assess and retain a mandatory Credit Card Recovery Fee of 2.5% (plus applicable tax) on all charges settled via credit card. This surcharge is assessed to cover the cost of our acceptance of payment by credit card. This Recovery Fee applies to all credit card payments, including those for cancellation and no-shows.

Gift cards are redeemable at hotel check-out and will be applied to the total balance amount from your stay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel by 3:00 PM local hotel time at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night room+ tax cancel penalty charge.

The above policy does not apply to bookings for Secretary Suite or Commissioner Suites. Please see the room type description or confirmation for additional details.

Pets are welcome at the hotel. A $75.00 fee is required at check-in to allow us to thoroughly clean and sanitize the room after your departure. No more than two pets are allowed per guest room.
