Chef’s Table is a communal multi-course dining experience set above The Apparatus Room at Detroit Foundation Hotel. The multi-course menu changes regularly to reflect seasonal ingredients. The menu is overseen by two Michelin-Starred Chef Thomas Lents, seating is limited to 16 diners each Friday and Saturday night. Enjoy the companionship of your fellow diners as Chef’s Table culinary team prepare portions of the menu in front of you.
