Chef’s Table is a communal multi-course dining experience set above The Apparatus Room at Detroit Foundation Hotel. Menu’s range from 8-12 courses changing monthly. Helmed by two Michelin-Starred Chef Thomas Lents, seating is limited to 12 diners each Friday and Saturday night. Enjoy the companionship of your fellow diners as Chef Lents and his team prepare portions of the menu in front of you. Be prepared to place your palate and your evening in his hands during this intimate dining experience. Keep an eye out for guest chef takeovers starting March, 2018.
