Outstanding In The Field | Chef Thomas Lents at Seedling Farm
One night at Seedling Farm is never enough. Especially when there are so many glorious spots to place the table. On our second night, we’re thrilled to welcome Thomas Lents back to the field kitchen. His Detroit restaurant, The Apparatus Room, is the result of two decades spent at Michelin-starred restaurants in Chicago and Las Vegas, paired with a deep passion for hyper-local Michigan-grown ingredients. Thomas likes to tell stories through food. Throughout his career, he’s been known to put on elaborately themed tasting menus, such as a miniature ferris wheel filled with bites similar to those served at the Chicago World Fair. We look forward to him telling the story of Seedling fruit.
