A Rare Seat at the Chef’s Table
This spring, the Apparatus Room’s Chef’s Table becomes the setting for something Detroit rarely sees: an intimate omakase experience led by James Beard Award-winning chef Takashi Yagihashi.
As reported by Detroit News restaurant critic Melody Baetens, Chef Yagihashi will host a series of exclusive dinners on select dates through June, each one a carefully sequenced tasting built around the Chef’s Table format that Apparatus Room was designed for. It is the kind of meal where the room disappears and the food becomes the conversation.
Remaining dates are April 25, May 15-16, and June 19-20.
