Sink your teeth into some ‘za! Pizzeria Pompieri (Italian for firefighter), a limited-time pizzeria pop-up, is brought you by the chefs of the Apparatus Room. We’re putting our spin on the iconic Detroit-style pizza featuring seasonal ingredients along with deli style salads and house made ice creams.
Dine-in at the Apparatus Room bar, lounge and patio, or take it to-go by ordering curbside pick-up.
Beverages included local and domestic beers, selections of wines by the glass and bottle as well as signature cocktails based on our favorite summer classics. Beer, wine and cocktails available dine-in or to-go.

A CULINARY MASTER RETURNS HOME
A homecoming years in the making, Chef Thomas Lents’ return to his home state of Michigan signals a new period of culinary innovation in Detroit. Chef Lents has worked all over the world, and during his four years as Executive Chef at Sixteen in Chicago, he attained the immensely coveted two-star Michelin rating. Yet, he also hoped to one day reconnect with the Michigan community while helping local chefs reach their potential. That time is now, and it’s a special one in Detroit, as Chef Lents says he hopes to bring “fuller bellies and fuller futures.”
